Our guest for this episode, Hilary Kole, shares her transition as a contemporary jazz singer to Vice President of GK Training coaching people to be better communicators. On the surface it may sound like a unique transition of sorts, although you can still find Hilary Kole performing in New York City. Hilary is a renowned jazz singer and recording artist, and has performed as a featured soloist at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Town Hall, and around the world at major festivals and performance halls.

The transition makes all the sense in the world to helping people improve their vocal and physical presence, master nerves, and execute with consistency, spontaneity and authenticity! It is an entirely new approach to communication training, providing physical exercises to quickly improve speaking. Her husband, Michael Chad Hoeppner, CEO of GK Training, shares these simple-to-master exercises, in his recently released  book "Don't Say Um."

In this episode, Hilary shares with us some of her training techniques and how to reframe our limiting beliefs to rethink our communication style providing us stability and purpose.
